Nana Kofi Ntsiamoah, the NPP Communication Director for Awutu Senya East, has said that Alan Kyeremanten’s recent withdrawal from the NPP’s flagbearer race may hold the key to securing victory in the highly anticipated 2024 elections. This statement came after he appeared on the morning show Ghana Daakye
He said “Alan Kyeremanten’s resignation is a positive step in the right direction for the NPP. and i believes that this move will contribute to the party’s unity and enhance its prospects in the upcoming 2024 elections”
Kofi Ntsiamoah further expressed his belief that Alan Kyeremanten’s resignation should not come as a surprise, he argued that Kyeremanten has been handsomely rewarded by the party and having served as one of the longest-serving ministers in the trade sector therefore Kyeremanten’s desicion to back out from the race is in line with his history of party loyalty
In response to speculation about the possibility of Kyeremanten pursuing an independent candidacy, he stated that Kyeremanten is a principled figure and a dedicated member of the NPP’s core values, making it highly unlikely for him to make such a decision.
Ntsiamoah concluded by taking a swipe at the National Democratic Congress (NDC), portraying them as lacking in substance and unable to offer meaningful solutions to the nation’s challenges
